    IS-242 Effective Communication (There is a lot more to communication than talking on the radio. There are three parts to any communication; the sender, the receiver, and the channel. We are just the channel.)

  • Colorado ARES has some very good online training, including "Basic" training, testing, Emergency Coordinator, and NTS training.
